I have a Lendrum spinning wheel which has two treddles.

I use two ply yarn in my weaving. Two separate yarns are spun, often of a different colour or fibre: these are then twisted back on each other to form one strong yarn.

At the moment I am using a triangular loom to weave shawls. This is an incredibly simple tool, which produces the most elegant loose weave garments.

Later in the year I will be working with a floor loom that I have just purchased. This will allow me to create intricate wraps and scarves.
